The film was recorded as Super Hit at the box office. The film was remade as sunday in Hindi starring Ayesha takia.
story line: Sahasra (Charmi) is a chorus singer struggling to make a career in
playback singing. One night she goes to a wild party on the insistence
of her fast-going girl friend (Pooja Bharati). A few days later she gets
chased by unidentified men who try to murder her. The rest of the story
is all about unveiling the mysterious happenings that occurred on that
night where she went to party.suresh reddy(jagapathi babu) a police officer who deals this case as he is about to engage with sahasra. she misses a day in her life!!!! sorry she forgets what happened that wild party night and due to heavy dosage of some new drug she slept for a day. she don't know what happened that night and that night is the reason for chase by unidentified men who try to murder, does she got rid of the chase? what happened that night? to get answers for these questions watching this movie is the only answer.

story line:Irfan Khan (Pavan Malhotra) is a key mafia affiliate in Mumbai. Khan is
on the wanted list of criminals in Hyderabad with a bounty of 50 lakhs.
Aiming to migrate to Dubai so that he could remotely control the
operations in Mumbai, Khan devised a plan of hijacking a plane from
Hyderabad to Kathmandu. His plan consisted of getting four of his own
men to hijack a domestic flight from Hyderabad to Kathmandu(destined for
Mumbai) in which he is a passenger. The home minister is also in the
flight, and the four men are to release all the passengers and
concentrate on the Home minister. From Kathmandu, he planned to go to
Dubai. For the hijack operation, he organised a group of four
intelligent men who were in dire need for money and who do not have a
criminal record. The audience is made to believe in the beginning that
the four central characters are these four men, but in fact they kidnap
Khan before the flight takes off, aiming to get the prize money. They
hide Khan in a forest and call...., to know how they got prize money you should watch the movie definitely, flight scene is highlight of the movie.

is a 1994 telugu supernatural thriller film produced by C.ashwini dutt on vyjyanthi movies banner and directed by Ram gopal varma. Starring Akkineni nagarjuna Sri devi in lead roles and music was composed by Raj-koti. Upon release the film grabbed positive reviews and became a sleeper hit.this movie was the last tollywood movie directed by ram gopal varma and then he left to bollywood, then he returned to tollywood with the movie raktha charitra which is based on true story of faction wars in ananthapur.
story line:A Zamindar attempts to pull heist over a devastating Earth together
again so everyday he prays to god to shower blessings upon him for him
to be successful in his motive. God does assure him and tell him that
the earth can be rid of evilness. But when he sets out into the world a
precious jewel is snatched from Lord Venkateshwara murti. The jewel is
stolen and falls into the devil's hand although the villagers are aware
of the thief they are ask to keep a low profile and the evilness
continues on earth especially in India with no one to stop it now except
god.

is a 1991 telugu neo-noir road movie written and directed by Ram Gopal Varma. The film Starred Venkatesh,Sri devi and Paresh rawal in the lead roles. The sound track and background score composed by M.M.Keeravani received rave reviews. The comedy thriller film is one of the highest rated Telugu films on the internet movie database. The narrative by Ram Gopal Varma, and the cinematography by S.Gopala reddy, received positive reviews.
Produced by Durga Arts, the film went on to become a sleeper hit with its second theatrical release in andhra pradesh, telangana, and tamil nadu, along with a dubbed hindi version titled Hairaan which gathered positive reports from bollywood critics, and was screened at the international film festival of india,ann arbor film festival, and the fribourg international film festival. paresh rawal deserved an award for his acting and villianism, but he didnt get any award, i think awards are less for his talent!!!!!!!!
Story line: Chandu is a petty thief who comes across Satya, an innocent girl who

is a 1987 telugu thriller movie. This film stars chiranjeevi, vijayashanthi, and raghuvaran. This film was produced by Chiranjeevi's brother-in-law Allu aravind. This film was directed by A.kodandarami reddy. The film is a remake of "poovinnu puthiya poonthilal", a malayalam movie starring Mammooty. The film recorded as Industry Hit at box office.
story line: Madhu (Chiranjeevi) is a painter who becomes a drunkard since his wife
is killed immediately after their marriage in an accident. He leads a
careless life until a kid (Baby Sujitha) who is deaf and vocally
challenged (dumb), enters his life. He names him Raja and takes care of
him however, he doesn't stop drinking. Raja's parents are murdered by
Venu (Raghuvaran) and his assistant and Raja is the witness to murder
who is tried to be getting rid of by them. Geeta (Vijayashanti) meets
the kid in a shopping place and mistakes him to be Madhu's son and
fights with them when the kid accidentally breaks her just bought gift
and later realises her mistake and comes to apologise to Madhu's house.
She befriends the kid and gradually falls for Madhu. Later she comes to
know that the kid is none other than her sister's (Rajyalakshmi) son and
she was murdered. Madhu is accused of murder and kidnap, and is

is a 1985 telugu thriller film directed by Vamsy. The film stars Karthik, Bhanu priya, Kaikala satyanarayana, and Sharath babu in important roles. This is the third film for Vamsy as a director after Sitara and Alapana.The film was also dubbed in Tamil as Paadum Paravaigal with reshot comedy track of Goundamani and Senthil.
i think this real thriller movie which defines the meaning of thriller. watch it online, i got frustrated by watching it in tv where advertisements between movie makes you hulk!!!.not thriller but also a very different story in those days.director vamsy is well known for different journals.Story line:
Mr Rao (Sathyanarayana) has a dream of publishing a book on birds and the origin of music from their sounds. Pandu (Rallapalli) works as his driver. They stay in a forest house and prepares thesis for the same. He calls Hema (Bhanupriya) from a city and appoints her to write the book. James (Sharath babu) is a police offer investigating the case of a man-eater tiger in that area. After she comes, Rao's manager Ghokale is brutally murdered in the forest allegedly by a tiger. Rao had to appoint another manager Amar (Karthik) for assisting his work. After he comes, a bullock cart owner Suranna is also killed in the forest supposedly by a tiger .
It is revealed that Amar is actually a police officer in disguise who comes to investigate the serial killings in the forest. When Suranna dies, he follows the foot steps of the tiger, and finds out that they actually belong to a human. He suspects the murders are well planned by a criminal. He also came to know that the victims were actually following Hema when she was wandering in the forest. He seeks the help of Hema in solving the case, to which she agrees. How they find the killer forms the rest of the story.

is a 1983 Telugu film, directed by A.Kodandaraami reddy and was produced by K.S.rama rao. It is the film adaptation of Yandamuri veerendranath's novel of the same name. Chiranjeevi, Raadhika, Rao gopala rao, and Gollapudi maruthi rao played vital roles. The super hit music for the movie was scored by Ilayaraja.
The storyline of the movie is thematically similar to the 1946 movie the man who dared and the 1973 Kannada movie Bidugade.
The film was remade in Tamil as Sattathai Thiruthungal with mohan.

commercial success.The film is being remade in Tamil as sathya (2017) with Sibiraj.
I think without this movie the list incomplete!!! adivi sesh written story is very well narrated with some mean dialouges.

is a 2014 Indian telugu language psychological thriller film written and directed by sukumar. Produced by Ram Achanta, Gopichand Achanta, and Anil Sunkara as 14 reel entertainments and distributed by Eros international, the film features Mahesh babu and Kriti sanon in the lead roles (Sanon's Telugu cinema debut). nassar, pradeep rawat, kelly dorjli, and Anu hasan appear in supporting roles. Mahesh's son, Gautham Krishna, made his debut in the film as a younger version of the protagonist.
this is most underrated movie in tollywood according to me, people demand different journal but when it comes, they make it fail but however this movie managed to bag some good amount of awards.
Story line:1: Nenokkadine revolves around the search by Gautham (a schezophrenic Indian rock musician missing 25 percent of his brain's grey matter) for his parents, whom he believes were murdered by three men. Sameera, a journalist, convinces him that he is an orphan and is hallucinating. When Gautham kills one of the "imaginary" men for his psychological satisfaction, he realises that the dead man is real and leaves for London to find his roots and the other two men behind his parents' death.
